Flat paint brushes are ideal for painting large flat surfaces and can be used with both acrylic and water based paints and stains or oil-based paints and stains.
To maintain the brush's high level of performance, clean immediately after use and do not soak in water or solvents as this may damage the filament and bristles and cause the ferrule to rust
Use soap and water to clean latex/water based paints and mineral spirits to clean oil-based paints
Avoid letting paint dry on the edge of the ferrule/ center of the brush
For best results, use a brush comb when cleaning
