Scotts Turf Builder Grass Seed Northeast Mix is designed for full sun and partial shade, and has a fine bladed texture with medium drought resistance. It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For best results, apply in the spring or fall when air temperatures are consistently between 60F and 80F.
